All you need is just a couple of hours, a few glasses of wine and it doesn’t even matter if you don’t have any experience with wine at all, just remember to bring your curiosity along and we will do the rest.

Wine tasting experience with a visit of the winery

The wine tasting experience takes place in our Winery in Lazise.

The experience starts by sipping a glass of Sparkling Rose while strolling through the vines beside the winery. You can breathe in the same air that feeds oxygen to the vines while enjoying the intense bubbles of the wine.

We will tell you the story of how Grandpa Plinio first had the idea of producing wine, how his son Marcello continued this passion and how his granddaughters, Erika and Giorgia continue today using both an innovative and wonderfully traditional way, all while you enjoy this magical moment with a glass of history in your hand.

This enogastronomic tour will continue with a walk around the winery, where all the vinification procedures take place. During your wine tasting experience we will show you the harvesting methods, the pressing and conservation of the grapes and of course where all of this takes place.

We will bring this experience to an end by tasting our wines partnered together with some delicious traditional dishes from the Lake Garda area such as salame, lake fish and fruit. We take great care and are proud to offer you local zero km products that truly enhance the organoleptic quality.

We have Bardolino Classic and Sparkling Rose that you can taste and 5 other types of wine, olive oil and of course you can ask advice on how to partner the products.

The great thing is, if you find a bottle that really wins you over then you can purchase it straight from us!

How long does the wine tasting experience last?

The whole experience (walk in the vines + visit of the winery + wine tasting) lasts for approximately 2 hours and it takes place every day, from Monday to Saturday with two different sessions: one at 11 am and the other at 4 pm.

Wine tasting experiences are available from April to September.

Don’t worry if you can’t make it on the above mentioned dates, feel free to send us an email and we will arrange to get together for a snack in our winery.;)

Who can take part?

Our wine tasting experience is open to all: experts, wine lovers, and also to those who are not so practical in the wine world and would like to find out more.

It is a wonderful experience to do with the children: a day out in the countryside, with a snack for the little ones made up of bread, jam, biscuits and fresh fruit.

Book you to visit to the winery

Please make sure you book in order to take part in the wine tasting experience and tour of the winery: this is the best way to ensure that we can arrange the best experience possible.

The experience is reserved for small groups, from 2 to 15 people.

Dogs are permitted: please remember to keep them on a lead, for their and for the safety of others.

You can pay directly on the day by cash or credit card.

We will send confirmation upon receiving your request. If the date requested is not available then we will contact you so as to find a suitable option.

FAQ

What do I need to book and why is it so important to advise if I need to cancel or change my booking?

a: please let us know as soon as possible. Places are limited especially during the high season and we are often fully booked, keeping guests on standby or any extra requests if there are cancellations. By letting us know, you could give the possibility to someone else.

We don’t ask for a deposit upon booking, we simply exchange respect and trust: the morning of the wine tasting we do the shopping and get fresh local products to prepare some dishes and this is why we need to know if you will be with us or not.

How far in advance should I book my visit?

We recommend you book your visit at least a couple of weeks in advance. We always strive to satisfy everyone, even last minute but it is not always easy during the high season.

I would like to give someone a gift experience, how should I go about it?

If you would like to give someone a wine tasting gift experience then you can fill in form below and remember to indicate that it is a gift for someone. Make sure you write the name of the person it is for. We will send you the gift voucher after we have sent details of payment. We can also send the gift voucher with a bottle of wine if you like. Don’t worry we will cover the postage.
